Adobe Photoshop CS3 worth it?

after several years in the industry, I think you have to weigh the time saving functions of the newest version vs what you are used to doing. For me, the new quick select tool is totally worth the upgrade.... but I'll admit, that the change in look, and some of the features that I'm used to using in CS, CS2, and older versions of Photoshop, I still use the same clunky fashion because I'm soooo fast at them and know the expected results of the functionality. Oh, and one more thing, xtrain.com, one of my websites has many many many tutorials on the new Photoshop by experts... they are free and might help you decide if the new stuff is worth it for you...
