So we can spend a trillion dollars to fight Bush's personal war but not help the uninsured?

A child going into the emergency room without health insurance has a 60% greater chance of dying that a child with health insurance. A child from a poor to middle cl family has a 60% greater chance of joining the armed forces. Where's the logic?
