I had this with my second baby from about 20 weeks on. There isn't much you can do until you deliver. You can try hot baths, and staying off your feet as much as you can... thank goodness your almost there! I used to have to wake up to roll over and I would grunt the whole way over... But the good thing is, as soon as baby is born, you will feel better... I never had it with my first, but the doctor said its VERY common with sub sequent pregnancies to be very sore in your hips etc. GOOD LUCK!!!
