Honestly, is there ANYPLACE you can go on this planet WITHOUT meeting damaged, mentally dysfunctional people?

define "mentally dysfunctional people" you seem to imply two different meanings for the phrase. people with a physical mental problem eg. schizophrenia will be everywhere. if you mean pessimists, you could go to the south pole and live there for the rest of your life, i don't think you would be such a happy person after that.
