How would the World have turned out (In your opinion), if the USA remained a Confederacy (under AOC)?

The AOC created a weak decentralized state. If we didn't ditch it, the USA would've been overrun within 50 years by one of the European powers, and it wouldn't have been able to summon a reasonable response. We would have never expanded westward. The Louisiana Purchase would've never happened. Our country would not have ever existed, and beyond that it's impossible to say what the world would look like. The Central Powers might have won WWI. Who knows?
