I think my kitten's tail may be broken. What do I do?

A bottle fell on it and he freaked out. Now, about half of his tail droops and he is in extreme pain. I can't take him to the vet for I am only thirteen and I don't think my dad would want to waste money or gas taking him to a vet. He is aboiut four or five weeks old. Please help me!
