Moms, ever been harred by an Avon lady? LOL! Odd question...?

So about a week ago I inquired on avon.com for some info, I submitted only my name and email address, when I went onto the website to find out more info I decided I didn't really want to do it. Well about 3 days later I got a phone call from the Avon rep in my area, how did she get my number when I only submitted my name and email?? Odd, no? She's been calling my home phone daily, about 4 times a day for the last week. I suppose she could've gotten my name out of the phone book because I am listed but still why go to all that trouble? My son has had a little cold all week so I haven't been answering my home phone as I usually just use it in case of emergencies and everyone I know calls my cell. She keeps leaving messages and I have yet to return her phone call, mainly now because I am frustrated with the amount of phone calls I am getting daily! Should I answer and say that she's blown any chance of me signing up because of the amount of phone calls? What makes people think this is okay? And shouldn't they respect boundaries, after all I never gave them my # to begin with! Totally weird question I know but some people just boggle my mind... the phone calls start at 7am and last until 7pm... and now I'm afraid to answer as I want to bite her head off!
