Moral absolutism can lead to love for all or the opposite except for ones in group. Moral perspectivism seems.

A moral and a code, or law, are two different things. Whereas every culture may not have laws, all have a system of determining what is right or wrong within that society. This question opens many avenues of thought. Morals, as you define, do keep most societies from attacking each other and causing outright chaos. There is no culture or society I know of who do not have a system of right and wrong. Each society may not agree on these 'morals' universally, but morals are universal.
