Im not happy with my marriage?

my husband and i have been together for a year and we have a little baby girl. I know that he loves me but im not very happy with our relationship. Most of the time he comes home from work around 3 pm and goes right to bed and wakes up four hours later. sometimes he doesnt wake up until the next day. i dont try to wake him uo anymore because he gets really upset everytime i try to wake him up so i just let him sleep as much as he wants to. But i get really bored because he doesnt like it when i tell him that im going out while hes sleeping, so he wants me to stay at home and watch tv until he wakes up. hes always complaining that hes tired, we dont even have anymore, i think we only do it once a month, and im afraid to start it because i dont want to feel rejected. im only 21 years old and hes 33. ive talked to him about the lack of and he tells me that he is just too tired, and he tells me he's sorry hes such a bad husband. i really love him and i dont wanna leave him, specially because we have a baby together, but i dont know what to do. any advice?
