Earliest you found out the of your baby?

I did not find out the of my daughter until I was 20 weeks pregnant. However, I was reading somewhere online that the of a baby can be seen on an ultrasound as early as 10 weeks, if the technician knows what they are looking for. I am planning on scheduling an appointment at a local 4D sonogram place for a gender prediction at 16 weeks, which is the earliest they will attempt a prediction. Did anyone find out at 16 weeks what they were having?
