'm 16... my dad pretty much hates me, he mentally and verbally abuses me and my sister, he's also pushed us and grabed us to the point where it's left bruises, i always feel guilty when someone asks me about a little bruise and i say i don't know.. my sister is bi-polar and has terrible mood swings, and she also has mini mental breakdowns, my mom is recovering from depression and mental breakdowns, her boyfriend is a crazy alcoholic, my grandma is very very old school, and my aunt is always stressed out, the only two totally normal couples in my family are my aunt and uncle and they live 4 hours away. My cousin is moving, and he's pretty much like my brother... and everything I do is wrong in my dads eyes, i guess i'm just a defient rebel teenager that doesn't drink, smoke, do drugs, or go out to any crazy *** parties. I get good grades, i try to help out around the house, but i can never do enough because I have to pay for my car, insurance, gas, cell phone, clothes, internet, books, and everything for school... so i work 40 hours a week. My dad doesn't let me partake in any of the child support money... I've cutted for 1 year now and I really want to stop. I believe in God but it feels like God hates me too... I'm breaking down little by little and i think i'm going to just fall down and die.. this has been going on since i was 14... please help:(

Anxiety and not being able to sleep during the night?

hello guys, almost 1 month ago i started getting really horrible anxiety i'd try to go to bed during the night but i just couldnt fall asleep because of all the things that were going through my mind, it got better slowly and shorty after the 1st week but i've been going to bed at 6am and waking up at 5pm and i need to fix it i really wanted to wake up early on thanksgiving so i wouldnt have to have my family wait for me to wake up..today is thanksgiving it is 5:19 am i only slept about an hour the day before so i can try to beat this get tired and end up sleeping during the night unfortunanltly my heart started racing for no random reason which got me into panic mode..but i shook it off next thing i know i think i fell asleep but woke up with complete fear making me get out of bed and come onto the computer because i cant fall back asleep. i cannot see a doctor right now because my mom believes im "fine" so im just trying to find a way to get back to my sleeping schedule and sleep during the night have i grown so used to sleeping while its light that im scared of nightime now please help?? :/ and i used to stay up all night before my anxiety i wouldn't go to bed at sunlight but i'd still stay up late...i cant seem to get my sleeping schedule back together now because my anxiety

Any toy poodle experts out there, what and how much should I feed her?

I have a toy poodle, she is seven years old (yes, I realize I've waited a while to ask this), and I know she is being fed way too much, I have told my mother over and over again to cut back the food, but she won't until she knows how to feed her. This dog is a whopping fourteen pounds, and I do take her for walks for exercise, but she is fed 3 times a day. In the morning, she has purina little bites dry food PLUS a spoonful of pedigree wet food. Then she has a handful of dry food in the middle of the day. Then dinner is the same as breakfast. PLUS she gets pupperoni dog treats throughout the day (about an average of two or three a day) and maybe once and a while a few pieces of dry food. I know this is a lot of info, but this poor dog needs to lose weight...I can't tell you how many times the vet has yelled at us. What good feeding habits should we put her on? Yesterday i went into the shower it was warm like usual and i started to feel extremely dizzy. I had to lay down 30 mins Then i sneezed and it felt like a huge rush of water came out. I looked and it was alot of blood. I went and saw a PA she called my Doctor and he said it was implatation bleeding. As long as there was no cramping it should be okay. I had this with my second baby from about 20 weeks on. There isn't much you can do until you deliver. You can try hot baths, and staying off your feet as much as you can... thank goodness your almost there! I used to have to wake up to roll over and I would grunt the whole way over... But the good thing is, as soon as baby is born, you will feel better... I never had it with my first, but the doctor said its VERY common with sub sequent pregnancies to be very sore in your hips etc. GOOD LUCK!!!

after several years in the industry, I think you have to weigh the time saving functions of the newest version vs what you are used to doing. For me, the new quick select tool is totally worth the upgrade.... but I'll admit, that the change in look, and some of the features that I'm used to using in CS, CS2, and older versions of Photoshop, I still use the same clunky fashion because I'm soooo fast at them and know the expected results of the functionality. The "Friend" Problem?

My boyfriend and I have a friend problem. His friends don't live in town and when they come to visit I feel very neglected. For the sake of trying to be fair, I do try to see where he's coming from. They are all around 25, and all beginning to start their own lives, and soon, the time that they do get to spend together will be even less, bc of families, and careers, and distance, etc. So, I can understand why when his friends come to town, he chooses them. The major problem I have, is with them going out at night. They go out to the bars, get smashed, come home at 2:30, and stay up for another 3 hours. I DO get invited. I get invited to a lot of the things they do together, but a lot of the time, it's not much. Just sitting around nursing hangovers, or getting drunk, or eating fast food. I just wish, that like my friend's boyfriends, he would attempt to find things to do that everyone could enjoy (including me). This has caused major fights. In fact the majority of arguments that my boyfriend and I have hinges on this issue. Recently though we made a pact to each other. I know that neither of us are perfect and he is going to attempt and work on the friend issue, meanwhile, I am going to work at not getting overly upset at small issues (I will be the first to come out and say I have anger issues). I just don't feel like he is going to work on it, because he still will tell me, he doesn't find anything wrong with it. A couple days ago, his mom even brought it up while we were at dinner. She told him that he better not neglect me (his friend is coming to live with him for about a month). And she also told me that it will pan out. I said I wasn't going to let it bother me, because that's really what I'm striving for, but I'm not sure if i have made enough progress to do that. I feel like I need an alternate plan of action just in case. I need advice about how I can bring this topic up to him in a non-angry way, if, when his friend comes into town, I do get neglected.

The boy heads to third. The outfielder bobbles the ball and throws it to the cutoff man. The boy heads home. The cutoff man throws the ball way over the catchers head and the boy scores the winning run. The moral is that at any time the boy could have been substituted or thrown out on easy routine plays. But the team had compion for him and let him be the hero. Sometimes I feel that others that are unfortunate are put here to bring out the best in humanity and show images of Gods likeness.

For some time I have been worried, My daughter is in reception and so fluent in english. We volunteer at a shelter and it is closing. We took (another) cat home. She is awesome. She is about two and hasn't ever lived in a home. She is a perpetual kneader. in fact we have changed her name to Sven--as in Sweedish meuse. It's the funniest thing ever, until it's time for bed. She kneads us and the pillows, bedspread, dog (just kidding)...whatever is around. We have tried playing with her for about an hour a couple hours prior to bed time. If I put her out of the bedroom and shut the door, she will incessantly shake the door. I know she's still a little insecure about being out of the shelter....Any other ideas on how to stop this?

I did not find out the of my daughter until I was 20 weeks pregnant. However, I was reading somewhere online that the of a baby can be seen on an ultrasound as early as 10 weeks, if the technician knows what they are looking for. I am planning on scheduling an appointment at a local 4D sonogram place for a gender prediction at 16 weeks, which is the earliest they will attempt a prediction. my husband and i have been together for a year and we have a little baby girl. I know that he loves me but im not very happy with our relationship. Bedrest 33 weeks pregnant?

I am 33 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my 4th. all of my pregnancies have been pretty easy, until this one. I was diagnosed with hypertension and put on full bed rest about 4 weeks ago. Today I went back to the doctor and was told my blood pressure went way down and it was actually to low, and causing me to be sick does this mean that my hypertension has gone awa? The doctors think I might deliver a bit early. has anyone ever had this happen? Did you go into labor early because of hypertension or were you induced. Did anyone carry to term with hypertension, being on bed rest? Looking for encouraging stories, or just honest stories. all I could find online is what studies show could possibly happen. would like to know what others have experienced. Overfeeding or underfeeding? What's a new Momma to do?

My 5 month old son is an AWESOME sleeper. He used to wake up around 5 am and go to bed between 9 and 10. He took about 6 feedings of 5 oz each per day. But in the last month or so, he has been going to sleep around 8 and sleeping until between 7-8 (sometimes 9 if we put him to bed after 8). So, his new schedule now gives us 12 hours of wake time. 8 oz a feeding times 4 is 32 oz but 8 oz a feeding seems like it might be a little much for him (he sometimes gets a little pukey). I don't want to start waking him up to feed him and ruin his good sleep and he doesn't seem to be crying for more food if we cut back to 6 or 7 oz but then I worry he isn't getting enough. Any tips/advice?

Mac speed optimizing software?

I have cable internet, a Airport Extreme base station router, and a MacBook. I have trouble with web pages loading very slowly and other speed issues. Is there some kind of Mac system optimizer that will fix any bottlenecks or problems (if there is any) that are causing slow speeds? I know it could be my internet connection is crappy (I think my cable company sold more bandwidth then they had) but I just want to make sure. I reset Safari often and sometimes it seems to help and other times it doesn't so I don't know if that does anything at all. I also often reset my router and modem with similar results. Anyhoo, is there such a program? If not, how can I find out what is causing the speed issues (modem, router or computer)? Thanx!

I can't pick just three but if you only have those, you might want a live one. I would suggest something like Europe '72 which has a good mix of short and long songs on it. My husband last week woke up in the middle of the night to sharp pain in his leg, there was a small blister(white) with red around it not in a circle or bulleys just red, the next few day the blister went away no bite marks are open wounds formed just bruising the normal red and maroon colors he was not experiencing any pain, it has now been a week and the bruise is alotbigger there are still no open wounds nor bite marks nor pain just a larger bruising area with red and the outskirts of the bruise are a light greenish yellowish color the bruise is not in the shape of a bullseye there is no pain no streaks of lines through no open wounds of spider bite marks. He and I are worried about the bruise getting bigger. Now my concerns are: 1 if its a spiderbite where r the marks or open wounds? If it was a very posionous spider wouldn't the skin have started opening within the first 3 days 2. If its a pulled muscle where is the pain and why did it start off as a blister? 3. What is a better hatchet? Fiskars/Gerber or Estwing Leather Sportsman Axe?

I have read reviews and can't decide which one to get, the Fiskars/Gerber have better reviews on the blade but are not one piece and I have wonders/fears about that. But the Estwing is total steel construction so no worries there, but there has been some observations of the blade not at all standing up to Fiskars/Gerber. Any help will be appreciated.

Longboard bushings, want to carve better. new bushings or gullwing sidewinder?

The sidewinders are actually very fun. I have ridden them before and love how hard you can carve on them. If you are willing to purchase them, I would say go for it. They are a great reliable truck specifically designed for carving. You will get much more out of them than just switching bushings. Also, have you ever tried the trucks that are equipped on original longboards? You can carve extremely well on them because they use springs instead of bushings. I personally find them a little too loose, but they will carve as hard as you push them.

Can I Conceive?

I am 25 and have a 3 and 5 year old. About two years ago I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and the doctors didnt do a DNC until 4 months later because they thought i would p everything on my own. Question about child support?

I'm currently in a legal battle with my ex fiance. We just went to court and I hired a lawyer. She stated in the court that I have not tried to contact her or see my son, which is a complete lie she hadn't contacted me since she was 2 months pregnant and I called all the time. Therefore, the judge really stuck it to me and gave me high child support payments $174 for back support and $295 thereafter and I only make $10 an hour for the summer. In the next session with the commissioner she was caught in a lie and confessed I did try to contact her and that on the record she said she didn't want me to be the father. I've spoke with my lawyer and he says to keep trying to contact her and I have 3 times a week and i've left voicemails and wrote letters. I haven't even seen my son yet who was born in december. And now family court won't be until september so I have to wait the entire summer to even get to see him for the first time. And she refuses to talk to me which will really hurt her in family court however I just want to see my son. Is there anything I can do in the short-term and how will I know if my support payments are going towards my child. I'm a college student and I am really pushing for 50% custody so I will not have support payments and I will have adequate time with the child since I live about 2000 miles away. Its a very difficult situation for me and i'd appreciate any comments I could get....

Fixing my posture causes upper back pain/strain?

My girlfriend of three months is going away for a four day weekend and I want to kiss her before she leaves. You could be just unlucky and are getting poor fish, change the supplier, however, it could well be the temp mine are usually kept at around 84-86f, hardness and pH are a little above what i'd describe as optimum but that should have little effect but combined with the temp may be taxing.
